Even the high-end apartments that populate the coastlines of idyllic towns in the French Riviera will have a tough time competing with the luxurious lifestyle and incredible views on offer at Regalia Miami.
The glassy and classy 46 storey building designed by Arquitectonica will be the first residential building to be completed since the economic downturn hit the market in 2008. You’d be hard pressed to find a better symbol that the Miami market is back and stronger than ever.
Located in the Sunny Isles beachfront area, also known as Florida’s Riviera, Regalia broke ground in November 2011. The tower is now nearly complete and the finishing touches are being applied to its jaw-dropping penthouse, which is still on the market for a cool $40 million.
On a recent visit to Miami sponsored by 3A Worldwide, the BuzzBuzzHome News team was able to capture some photos of the stunning views from the top floor of the penthouse. Have a look at our collection of photos below:
Clearly, uninterrupted ocean views are the norm here.
The penthouse will boast 10,915 square feet of living space inside with up to eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Outside the penthouse offers an expansive 8,700 square feet of space plus a partial third floor with a private rooftop pool, sun deck and personal spa.
If the views and the penthouse specs aren’t enough to convince you that Regalia is as high-end as they come, perhaps the fact that every other suite in the undulating tower is spans a full floor will win you over. Each full floor suite has 5,515 square feet of indoor space and 2,100 square feet of outdoor space.
And it doesn’t stop there… The third and fourth floor will house a two-storey suite that the developer has named the “Beach House.” Like the top floor penthouse, the Beach House will feature up to eight beds and 9.5 bathrooms over 9,915 square feet of indoor space.
Have all the details got you reeling? You’re not the only one. Regalia is almost entirely sold out, so we’d hazard a guess that the ultra-luxury market is back and hotter than ever in Miami.
Regalia Miami has been developed by Regalia Beach Developers.
