Prolific New York builder Minrav Development gives us a look at some of its latest developments in the pipeline in some fresh renderings. The developer boasts an impressive track-record of redevelopment and new residential construction on the East Coast, as well as commercial shopping centers.
Designed by SLCE Architects, 368 Third Avenue will bring 100 new rentals to the Rose Hill section of Manhattan’s East Side neighborhood. The building — which is being constructed on famed Broadway Alley, the last dirt road in Manhattan — boasts close proximity to Gramercy Park, transportation and shopping.
368 Third Avenue looks to have no shortage of high-end amenities, including in-house retail opportunities, a private residents’ lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Minrav Development purchased the site from Itzhaki Properties and Continental Ventures in May 2018. Construction is expected to wrap in 2022.
427 East 90th Street is located in the Yorkville section of Manhattan. It was designed by Issac & Stern Architects, with interiors by GE-T Architects, and will house a total of 21 residences.
The building is conveniently located off the new Second Avenue subway line and a few blocks south of the prime shopping corridor at East 86th Street.
Boasting over 37,000 square feet of space, the offering plan for 427 East 90th Street was filed in July 2017 for $56.6 million.
Still in the pre-construction phase, 427 East 90th Street is expected to come to market in summer 2019.
Back in May 2018, Minrav Development purchased 244 East 52nd Street from the Turtle Bay Music School. Although no permits have been officially filed, the developer plans to turn the site into 15 new luxury condos.
The building offers 26,000 square feet of prime residential space in the desirable Turtle Bay neighborhood on Manhattan’s East Side.
Also in the pre-construction phase, delivery of 244 East 52nd Street is anticipated by spring 2020.
Finally, Minrav Development is bringing 14 new condos to 21 Powers Street in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn by spring of next year.
The building was designed by Meshberg Group and Grasso-Menziuso Architects, with interiors by GE-T Architects. It houses one- and two-bedroom luxury residences right in the heart of the white-hot Williamsburg neighborhood, an area made famous by its incredible gentrification and known for its chic boutiques, trendy cafes and eclectic restaurants.
21 Powers Street includes on-site parking for residents, a rooftop terrace and private storage.
The development is currently in registration with sales expected to launch this fall. Halstead Property Development Marketing is the exclusive sales agent for 21 Powers Street.
