This towering fin-shaped building designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and architectsAlliance is growing right in Ryerson University’s backyard. The One

The top six floors are reserved for multi-level penthouses whose floorplans are totally customizable, right down to the number of rooms. Development partners Metropia, Capital Developments and RioCan are planning for approximately 716 units, a proportion of which will be reserved as rentals. Of course, there can’t be a new building in the city’s most iconic shopping district without any retail space — a two-story podium is planned for this mixed-use development.
