Union Village is a master-planned community that combines the small town charm and character of Unionville with the convenience and access of the City of Markham. The new development by Minto Communities and Metropia launched in February with strong interest from homebuyers looking for quality-built homes in an amenity-rich and family-friendly neighbourhood. The initial phase saw more than 330 homes sold over a four-day period, featuring a mix of single-family homes, back-to-back townhomes, rear-lane townhomes and traditional townhomes.
