Los Angeles’ longtime most expensive real estate listing will hit the auction block next month, according to reporting by CNBC.
67 Beverly Park Court has been on the market since 2018, originally asking $165 million. Although the price was slashed by $5 million in July, a buyer has yet to emerge for this sprawling, 10-acre site in the Beverly Park neighborhood.

Billionaire owner Steven Udvar-Hazy, who made his fortune in the airplane leasing industry, is hoping to offload the Italian village-inspired estate at a no-reserve auction, meaning a minimum price will not be set and the property will be sold to the highest bidder.
This will make it the most expensive home ever to be auctioned off, narrowly beating out a $159 million Hillsboro Beach, Florida mansion that ultimately sold for $42.5 million in 2018.

Concierge Auctions is managing the sale of the 20,000-square-foot residence, featuring 13 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and eight powder rooms. The stately interiors are characterized by high ceilings, elaborate archways, intricately-carved marble and wrought-iron details. Among the extensive list of features are a home theatre, wine cellar, maids’ quarters, library, gym and a private office.

Also found on the property is a 30-car courtyard, 40-foot-tall Canary Island palm trees, a fountain-lined swimming pool with a pool house, two spacious guest houses, a tennis court, vacant lot, and a walking/jogging trail that encircles the estate.
Known as Villa Firenze, the home was designed by architect William Hablinski and took over seven years to build. Beverly Park is a gated community with monthly HOA dues of $3,000. The wealthiest neighborhood in Los Angeles, notable residents have included Samuel L. Jackson, Lisa Vanderpump, Prince, Kimora Lee Simmons and Denzel Washington.
