We’ve got the full dish on the first two penthouses released for Alloy’s One John Street in Dumbo.
The 12-story development in Brooklyn Bridge Park officially launched late September, after selling approximately one third of its 42 condos. One of the project’s six penthouses went on the market without an exact asking price, according to Curbed. Previously, the penthouse pricing was described as a coy “starting at $4.9 million,” Dumbo NYC reported.
Now, the listings are live for Penthouse F, asking $4,949,278, and Penthouse C, asking $5,659,639.
Penthouse C is a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex measuring 2,567 square feet. The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on the 12th floor, with a private interior courtyard that opens up onto the living space and connects with the unit’s rooftop terrace. Below the entertaining level, the master suite and secondary bedrooms all have en-suite baths. Rendering of the rooftop terrace and floorplan below:
Penthouse F is a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence measuring 2,637 square feet, with 588 square feet of exterior space. The kitchen has double islands with stone countertops and a wall of integrated full-height Italian cabinetry equipped with Gaggenau appliances, vented ceiling hood and wine fridge. The master bedroom, located on the Southeast corner, has a master bath with hand-clipped stone mosaic floors, double shower and double vanity.
All residences have 10-foot ceilings, 6.5″ wide plank flooring and laundry rooms fitted with washer and gas-vented dryer.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, lounge, gym, package room, bike storage room, private storage available for purchase and a common landscaped roofdeck with grill, seating and lawn. Residents can also buy rooftop cabanas.
