The teaser site is out for Williamsburg condo project 538 Union Avenue, coming to you this fall.
The 13-unit building at the corner of Union Avenue and Withers Street offers eleven one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two duplex penthouses with private rooftop terraces.
Pricing for the “intimate” project starts at approximately $645,000 for a one-bedroom, $1 million for a two-bedroom and $1.5 million for a penthouse, according to the teaser site.
Permits were first issued in 2008 for the development, but construction stalled until last year, Brownstoner reported. The current owners, Adam and Leslie Westreich of Tryad Group, purchased the property in 2007 for $1.3 million.
