Arden by Bosa Development is steadily rising in Mission Bay.
The 267-unit project officially launched sales in June and sold out around last month. Vancouver-based architect Chris Dikeakos modeled the two 16-story towers after “iconic shipping containers,” with a boxy, stacked shape that gives every apartment a private tiled balcony or terrace, Curbed reported.
Apartments range from 838-square-foot one-bedrooms to 1,958-square-foot three-bedrooms. The anticipated completion date is in Fall 2015.
Interiors have hardwood floors with carpeting in bedrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, solid core interior doors, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning, LED lighting, Caesarstone kitchen countertops, Thermador appliances and Caesarstone bathroom countertops. Each unit will come with one parking space.
Amenities include doormen, two lobbies, fireside lounge, 75-foot rooftop pool and spa, double-height fitness studio with changing rooms, outdoor deck, fifth-floor terrace, library lounge, gated resident parking, electric car charging stations, pet wash, on-site storage and WiFi throughout common areas.
This is the third development by Bosa in the area, after Radiance in 2008 and Madrone in 2011. Photos below from Arden’s Facebook page:
As of November 30th, framing was complete up to the third floor of the West building and up to the 5th floor on the East building.
