11 Beach Street in Tribeca is 50 percent sold after launching sales in September.
Built in 1910, the 10-story loft building was converted by HFZ Capital Group into 27 three- to five-bedroom residences. BKSK Architects reimagined the facade of the L-shaped building, and Thomas Juul-Hansen crafted the interiors.
Penthouse B, the largest penthouse, is also bounding onto the market today with an asking price of $22.5 million. The 5,985-square-foot duplex has four bedrooms, five full baths and 1,947 square feet of outdoor space.
