The largest rental building under construction in Manhattan has put out a teaser site.
Developed by The Moinian Group, 605 West 42nd Street will post up 1,174 apartments on the corner of 11th Avenue. Rising 60 stories, the glass-sheathed tower topped out in December, Curbed reported.
The Costas Kondylis-designed building, slated for completion later this year, will boast a grandiose lobby, multiple lounges, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area and a 70,000-square-foot gym with indoor and outdoor pools, the New York Times reported. Formerly known as Atelier 2, the tower will have 235 affordable units.
