On July 19th, Pemberton Group invited purchasers, their families and friends to celebrate the start of construction on the first building at master-planned Downtown Erin Mills Condominiums in Mississauga.
Attendees had the opportunity to take part in the fun, meet their new neighbours, and point out their suites on the Downtown Erin Mills scale model as they enjoyed refreshing drinks, canapés and other finger foods.
Official ceremonies took place under a tent next to the presentation centre. Pemberton Group president Marc Muzzo welcomed guests and thanked purchasers for placing their trust in the company.
A highlight of the event was the double release of colourful stadium-style streamers augmented by percussion mortar volleys. Downtown Erin Mills sales representative Ania Pienio prompted guests to count down from five to signal ceremony participants to depress the old-fashioned dynamite-style detonators. Joining Mr. Muzzo in executing the releases were Michael Loconte Sr. of Saddlebrook Management (project managers for Downtown Erin Mills), and Pemberton’s Alexandra Muzzo.
