JCAL Development Group LLC and Altmark Group just released a batch of eight renderings of their new project, Bridgeline. With its thoughtful amenities and quality design, the developers are on target to bring a Manhattan- (or Brooklyn-) inspired style of luxury to the Bronx.
The new renderings give us a detailed look at Bridgeline’s slick, modern brick facade and entryway and the rooftop lounge, sure to be one of its most popular amenities.
The outdoor area features several grilling stations and ample seating — not to mention a fantastic view of the surrounding neighborhood.
Classic coin-op arcade games highlight a cozy indoor entertainment room that’s outlined by an oversized modern sofa and coffee tables.
The modern, spacious residences feature warm, wood tones and access to outdoor areas. Bathrooms have a classic feel to them with amber Edison-style lighting.
Construction is expected to wrap in June.
Leasing is slated to being next month, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $3,000.
Bridgeline is located at 329 East 132nd Street in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx.
