As part of the master-planned community of Balmoral, Texas-based developer Wan Bridge is adding a series of rentable townhomes to the mix.
Clearwater at Balmoral is a collection of 95 duplex and triplex build-to-rent homes, properties specifically constructed for rental use. This will be the first of its kind for the multi-builder Balmoral community. The project is currently in registration, with leasing expected to begin by the end of the year.
“Our fast-growing build-to-rent concept fills an important niche for those preferring to rent, but want the space, yard and other benefits of living in a home rather than an apartment,” said Kevin Stuckey, Senior Vice President of Development at Wan Bridge, in a recent press release about the development.
Spanning two stories and 1,438 to 1,766 square feet, these three- and four-bedroom townhomes will offer high ceilings, large windows and energy-efficient features. According to available floorplans 3191A, 3191B-E and 4021, Clearwater at Balmoral residences also include attached two-car garages and open-concept layouts.
Balmoral is home to a two-acre lagoon that stretches two football fields in length with various levels of depth, making it ideal for swimming, paddle boarding or relaxing on the surrounding sand beaches. The community’s eight-acre amenity village provides a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse, as well as a fitness center, sand volleyball court and splashpad.
Located near Balmoral Bend Drive and Greens Road, Clearwater at Balmoral is a short drive to Sam Houston Parkway and I-69 for a half-hour commute south to downtown Houston.
Wan Bridge currently operates 10 build-to-rent projects across Houston and Dallas.
