Listings are out for the newly renovated 738 Broadway in Greenwich Village, starting at $6 million.

The cast-iron structure was retooled by Karl Fischer into four loft-style apartments, with interiors by Andres Escobar, according to the official site. Pricing for the available units range from $6 million for a 2,396-square-foot two-bedroom up to $7.5 million for a two-bedroom penthouse with 905 square feet of exterior space.
Residences have direct elevator entry, 40-foot-long living rooms, wide-plank oak hardwood floors, fireplaces surrounded by white Calacatta marble, recessed LED cove lighting and Crestron home automation systems. Kitchens have quartz countertops and island, Calacatta Gold marble backsplashes and appliances by Wolf, Miele and Sub-Zero. Master bathrooms are wrapped in (surprise) Calacatta marble and include bathtubs.
