Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund has announced, with his usual Instagram aplomb, that he will be marketing the condo project Soori High Line.
We were all excited about the news, until we realized that we wrote about it nine days ago. Oops.
Nevertheless, enjoy the new rendering Eklund posted of the resort-style Chelsea development, which features double-height ceilings, private parking and private, heated pools in 16 of the 27 apartments. Every residence has a gas fireplace.
The 522 West 29th Street building is brought to you by Blackhouse Development and Singapore-based Oriel. Soo Chan, Founder and Principal Designer of SCDA Architects, designed the project, from the interiors to the exterior. Soori High Line will be the first US project for Chan, who is established in Asia.
