587-589 Flushing Avenue has 40 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The individual condos, priced from $275,000 to $755,000, hit the market in 2010, Curbed reported. The developer was Flushing Avenue Realty LLC, and the architect was Henry Radusky/Bricolage Architecture & Designs.
The apartments have central air and heat, white oak flooring, Caesarstone countertops, Bosch appliances, Zuma tubs and washer/dryer hook-ups. Most of the units have private outdoor space.
Halstead is marketing the property.
