Nolita’s 199 Mott Street will launch sales in Spring 2014.
The eight-story building will have 11 loft residences with “vintage-modern” finishes, according to the site for Alfa Development. Located between Kenmare and Spring streets, the project was designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and is targeting LEED Gold Certification.
The homes will consist of half-floor two-bedrooms and full-floor three-bedrooms, according to the teaser site. The development is expected to wrap up in Fall 2014.
