Douglas Elliman will be handling sales at Sixty One Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village.
Elliman agent and MDLNY star Fredrik Eklund made the announcement today on his Facebook page while revealing a new rendering of the project.
We broke the news that Sixty One Fifth Avenue launched sales back in July 2013 with Sotheby’s leading the charge. The project was taken off the market last month but now appears to be back in business with Eklund holding the reins.
In the description of the new rendering Eklund posted on Facebook, he said the four residence building would feature a full service doorman and would boast a total sell-out value of $70 million. He also announced that it will be move-in ready before the summer.
