The full, glorious site is open for Silverstein Properties‘ 30 Park Place in Tribeca. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern, the condo-hotel rises 926 feet tall, with 82 stories. The project’s 157 residences are located above a Four Seasons Hotel, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
Quoth Robert A.M. Stern in the development brochure, “We’re reinventing a New York tradition. 30 Park Place will recall the towers of the 1920s and 30s with an intricacy of shape and a strong skyline silhouette.”
Inspired by prewar elements, interiors feature bay windows, multiple exposures, ceilings up to about 14 feet, solid white oak wood flooring and kitchens with solid white oak cabinetry, Colorado White marble countertops and backsplash and Gaggenau appliances. The master bathrooms are cloaked in Chincilla Mink and Bianco Dolomite marble, with vanities designed by Robert A.M. Stern. The condos are graced by 360-degree views of the city.
The penthouse residence, as shown in the first rendering below, has a terrace, fireplace and double-height living room with water views. All renderings, except for the pool imagery, are by Archpartners.
The residents-only amenities level on the 38th floor includes a gym with glass-walled yoga studio, screening room, private dining room, vaulted conservatory with limestone floors, baby grand piano and adjacent loggia (of course), lounge and children’s room. Residents also have access to Four Seasons Hotel amenities, including a 75-foot swimming pool with spa, restaurant, bar and lounge, 250-person ballroom, business center and attended parking garage.
