The Edge on Brickell, the latest luxury condo on the Miami River, has launched sales.

The 58-story, 127-unit residential tower was jointly developed by Rafael Aragonés and Alberto Espinosa. Located at 55 SW Miami Avenue Road, the building will rise 631 feet, with an outside 600-foot illuminated mural designed by Dutch artist Jan Hendrix.

The Edge on Brickell offers two- and three-bedroom units, as well as duplex penthouses. Pricing will range from $648,000 to more than $4 million. Interiors will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces with views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

“The Edge on Brickell is the expression of our vision to create an art-boutique building that provides residents with an exclusive living experience overlooking the Miami River,” Aragonés said in a statement.

Amenities include yacht slips, robotic parking elevators invisible from the street, a 15th-floor pool deck with panoramic views, gym with sauna and massage room, children’s playroom and media room. The development is also anchored by a signature restaurant with a separate entrance.

Construction will begin in early 2015, with completion slated for Spring 2017.

Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the property.

The neighborhood has been a hotbed of development, with the Related Group’s recently revealed plans for One Brickell, a 4-million-square-foot mixed-use project with residential, hotel, office and retail space at 444 Brickell Avenue. Luxury 300-unit rental tower Flagler on the River by the Melo Group topped off in March, while Andrew Hellinger is planning River Landing, a $150 million mixed-use project with 440 rental units and more than half a million square feet of retail space on the site of the old Mahi Shrine building.
