110 Madison Avenue in NoMad has reached its full height.
Located between East 29th and East 30th streets, the 17-story sliver building will have just 18 condominiums.
Permits were filed in 2012 for a new building at the site, with Kossar + Garry Architects as the architect of record. The property traded in late 2012 for $7,105,500, according to Department of Finance records.
Work at the site commenced in Spring 2013, YIMBY reported.
