A new five-story building is poised for 175 Jackson Street in Williamsburg.
Located between Graham Avenue and Humboldt Street, the residential project will rise 50 feet tall and have 16 units. The completed building will measure about 13,825 square feet, according to the plan exam application filed February 11th. The architect of record for the project is Christopher V. Papa. The developer is Great Neck-based Jackson Street Management LLC.
The new building will be constructed on two combined lots, and the two single-family homes at the site are making way for the future. Last year, the developer purchased 177 Jackson for $1.225 million and 175 Jackson for $1.35 million, according to public records. Demolition permits for the properties were filed in April and November.
