Plans for an eight-story, 80 unit building were filed July 8th. The architect of record is Brooklyn-based Sandor Weiss. The project will be 54,955 square feet, with 40 parking spaces, 40 bike spaces and a rooftop terrace.
Back in 2009, Steven Kohn of Twin Builders filed alteration plans that were disapproved. Looks like Kohn is giving the site another shot, since his name is also on the July 8th building exam application.
