A Bushwick auto shop at 19 Wyckoff Avenue will be converted into a one-story eatery.
The garage, located at the corner of Troutman Street, will receive about $125,000 in renovations, according to the plan exam application filed today. The project will be 18 feet tall and measure 2,143 square feet.
Permits for interior demolition were filed in February. The property traded in 2013, according to public records. The previous owner had been in possession of the lot since the early 1980s.
On the other end of the neighborhood, a commercial building at 888-896 Wyckoff Avenue is for sale, asking $4.25 million. The 20-unit development by the Ridgewood border has 10 retail and 10 office spaces, with 20 years remaining on its 25-year tax abatement.
