A new six-story, 20-unit building has been proposed for 27-15 Astoria Boulevard in Astoria.
The 14,724-square-foot building will replace a parking garage, with 580 square feet of commercial space. The 60-foot-tall project will include parking, according to the plan exam application filed April 1st. The architect of record is Astoria-based Stoa Design.
