There’s a new Astoria project on the market at 30-25 21st Street.
Located between 30th Road and 30th Avenue, Milan Condominium is a seven-story, 22-unit building. Pricing for available units starts at $475,000 for a one-bedroom measuring 653 square feet. Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio designed the development, which Brownstoner Queens first spotted.
Interiors feature beamed ceilings, central air conditioning, hardwood floors and washer/dryer hookups. Select units have private balconies and terraces. Amenities include a parking garage, bicycle storage and private storage for every apartment. The building is eligible for a 421a tax abatement.
The developer acquired two adjacent lots at 30-27 21st Street and 30-25 21st Street and demolished the existing two-family buildings to combine the sites, according to public records.
The Corcoran Group is marketing the property.
