A tipster sent word that sales at Silverstein Properties’ 30 Park Place will launch in April.
Formerly known as 99 Church Street, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed tower will rise 82 stories. Earlier this month, the developer applied for Attorney General approval to sell.
The lower floors will be home to a 185-room Four Seasons Hotel, while 161 condominiums will occupy the top of the building.
Developer Larry Silverstein received $660 million in construction financing for the tower earlier this year, The Wall Street Journal reported.
