Midtown East’s 325 Lexington Avenue has commenced sales for its 125 condominiums.
Dubbed “325 LEX,” the 31-story project between East 39th and East 38th streets was developed by Carmel Partners and Times Square Construction & Development. The residences range from studio to two-bedroom units, and two full-floor penthouses cap the building.
Available units are priced from $755,000 for a 489-square-foot studio to $2.42 million for a 1,138-square-foot two-bedroom. The apartments have views of The Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and East River.
The condos feature open layouts, 9- to 10-foot ceilings, wide-plank walnut floors, quartz kitchen countertops and integrated stainless steel appliances by Liebherr, Bertazzoni and Bosch. The bathrooms have Italian Calcutta marble, walnut cabinetry and rain showerheads.
The two penthouses each have 360-degree views, a marble fireplace in the living room, private terraces and windowed eat-in kitchen with double ovens and refrigerators, Wolf microwave drawers and Sub-Zero under-counter wine coolers. Photos below:
