Boaz Gilad is unstoppable.
The developer filed plans today for two new residential buildings, bringing Brookland Capital’s project count in Brooklyn to roughly 1.7 kajillion.
First up, 328 Central Avenue in Bushwick: the 40-foot-tall, four-story building between Bleecker and Menahan streets will have eight apartments and measure 5,419 square feet. There will be two apartments per floor.
The 25′ by 100′ lot is currently occupied by a light blue two-family house built in the 1930s. Gilad purchased the property last month for $435,000, according to public records.
Second up, 807 Washington Avenue in Crown Heights: the 64-foot-tall, seven-story building will have seven apartments. Issac & Stern Architects will design the project between Lincoln Place and Eastern Parkway. The apartment building will replace a two-story brick townhouse, which Brookland purchased last month for $1.75 million, Brownstoner reported. Demolition permits have yet to be filed for the townhouse.
