Sales have started at Upper East Side project 337 East 62nd Street.
Located between First and Second avenues, the seven-story, 22-unit building by Yeung Real Estate Development was designed by Peter Poon Architects. Many of the one- to three-bedroom condos have private exterior space. Pricing for available units ranges from $735,000 for a 551-square-foot one-bedroom to $2.82 million for a 2,286-square-foot two-bedroom townhome, according to the newly launched full official site.
Residences have kitchens with Poggenpohl cabinetry and Miele appliances, as well as master baths with radiant heated floors, soaking tub and rainshower.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, furnished and landscaped common roof deck lounge with outdoor kitchen, bike room and private storage.
The site was previously owned by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The developer purchased the property for $7 million in February 2012. The building topped off around Summer 2014.
