Alchemy Properties has partnered up with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing to sell its artfully sloped 35XV at 35 West 15th Street.
Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen will be handling sales of three- and four-bedroom condominiums at the glass and stone building. The 20 available units range from 2,005 square feet to 3,831 square feet, with pricing from $5.445 million to $12.65 million. The project is over 60 percent sold.
Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz designed the interiors. Every apartment has expansive living room spaces, open city views and kitchens with white lacquer Poggenpohl cabinetry, marble countertops and Miele appliances. The master suites feature dressing rooms and master baths with steam showers and soaking tubs. The powder rooms are finished with marble slabs and wood paneling.
The seventh floor of the FX FOWLE-designed building will be dedicated to amenities, including a billiards lounge and personal wine storage for each buyer in a custom refrigerated wine cellar adjacent to the dining room. Residents also get a 75-foot-long common terrace, gym and children’s playroom.
Occupancy is slated for Fall 2014.
