A mixed-use project is nearing completion at 385 Broadway in Williamsburg.
Located between Keap and Hooper streets, the six-story (with cellar) building has 10 apartments, with retail and community facility space on the lower floors. Permits were filed April 2010 and issued in February 2014 for the horizontal and vertical expansion of the existing two-story commercial building at the site.
Marin Nanca Architects is the architect of record for the 24,421-square-foot structure, as we reported last year (rendering here).
The developer, 385 Broadway Realty Corp., acquired the property in April 2011 for $251,000, according to Department of Finance records.
