Rabsky Group’s seven-story, 188-unit project on the old Meeker Flea Market site in Williamsburg is launching next month.

Formerly known as 88 Richardson Street, the U-shaped rental building will be officially named Leonard Pointe, with the new address 395 Leonard Street.

Pricing starts at $2,600 per month for studios, $3,250 for one-bedrooms and $4,335 for two-bedrooms. There will also be penthouse apartments priced from $4,000 to $6,300 per month. All units will come with a free month of rent.

Durukan Design’s concept for the rentals was rustic industrial; each residence has an open kitchen with eat-in bar, Kitchen Aid appliances and pendant lighting. The bathrooms are fitted with “Nordic-inspired cabinetry,” and washer/dryer hookups are available.

The hallways are decked with exposed beams and metal lighting accents, while the lobby is accented with reclaimed wood and a fireplace.

Amenities include a doorman, concierge services, landscaped courtyard, rooftop deck with fire pits and seating, community room with pool tables and air hockey tables, screening room, business center, gym, yoga room, children’s playroom, pet grooming space, private parking and bike storage.

Fiddler Realty is handling leasing at the property. Move-ins start December 1st.

The 50,000-square-foot parcel, described as “one of the last viable sites for a residential development in Williamsburg,” traded in 2012 for $18 milllion, The Real Deal reported.

Brownstoner has been following the building’s progress; as of August, the structure had most of its windows and part of its facade installed.
