Hoteliers, for one.

Located between 41st Avenue and Queens Plaza North, the 65-room development will be designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio. The project will measure 34,272 square feet, according to the plan exam application filed October 22nd.
The property was purchased for $3.5 million in October by T Hotel Property Management LLC.
Three blocks down 27th Street, another hotel is rising at 38-28 27th. Permits were filed this summer for the 12-story, 116-room project, Brownstoner reported. Designed by DeFonseca Architects, it will be a second location of the Hotel Vetiver.
