Barrett Design and Development has pulled back the curtain on 440 Atlantic in Boerum Hill.
The eight-unit project is a current-day take on the traditional loft, according to the official site. Units range from two-bedroom, one-bathroom condos to three-bedroom penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows, four exposures and private terraces. Pricing for available units starts at $875,000 for a 888-square-foot two-bedroom and goes up to $2.2 million for a 1,687-square-foot penthouse.
Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, oil finished oak floors, painted steel ceilings and powder coated steel cabinetry. The 4,756-square-foot retail condo on the ground and cellar floors is on the market for $3.4 million, according to this CPEX listing.
Barrett bought the property for $2.35 million, according to public records.
