Looks like long-awaited mixed-use rental 456 Grand Street in East Williamsburg is making its debut soon.
We spotted a bare-bones teaser site for the new six-story building, which will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments from $2,000 per month to $6,000 per month. There will be 50 rental units, and the most recent permit for the project was filed March 21.
The rentals were slated to be part of the Triangle Court mini-mall, which would include a pharmacy, diner and other retail, Curbed reported in 2011. The property would occupy a former gas station site on the western half of the triangle bounded by Grand, Keap and Borinquen.
