The property will be delivered completely vacant. Each of the residential units measures approximately 1,000 square feet and has three bedrooms. The retail storefronts measure about 1,000 square feet each, and the building comes with 3,000 square feet of additional air rights.
TerraCRG is marketing the property, which has a projected gross income of $312,000.
In March, Silvershore Properties purchased 461 DeKalb for $2.3 million, according to Department of Finance records and the below tweet:
