KP Developers is looking to construct an 8 story, 23-unit residential building on a development site in West Harlem’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood.
The developer submitted a building permit for the 40′ residential site located at 517 West 134th Street on the north side of West 134th Street, between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway Avenue.
The buildable space for the site is pegged at 13,550 square feet with a lot footprint of 3,939 square feet.
The site is a block away from the City College of New York and close to the 137th Street-Broadway 1 train. No word yet on whether the 23 units will be rentals or condos.
