Upper East Side condo project 554 East 82nd Street has extended the first tendrils of marketing.
Located off East End Avenue, the elevator building has four units, ranging from two-bedrooms to four-bedrooms. The residences each have private outdoor space, a laundry room and separate storage. Pricing ranges from $2.7 million to $4.85 million, according to the Nest Seekers site.
The developer is White Plains-based Michael Paul Enterprises. Previous projects from the firm include 230 East 63rd Street, a six-unit pre-war development that sold out in August. Michael Paul Enterprises also renovated a building at 225 East 81st Street, which started sales for its six units earlier this fall.
The firm purchased 554 East 82nd Street in 2012 for $4 million, according to Department of Finance records. Permits were filed that year for the renovation of the existing five-story building at the site, adding a sixth floor and reducing the number of apartments. The offering plan was approved in August, with an initial price of $18,075,900.
Amenities include a part-time doorman, virtual doorman and gym. Nest Seekers is handling sales at the building.
