The full official site is out for Downtown Brooklyn rental 66 Rockwell Place, which starts move-ins on December 1st.
Previously known as 29 Flatbush Avenue, the 42-story project will have 327 apartments, 20 of which will be affordable. Pricing for available units starts at $2,400 for a studio and ranges up to $4,390 for a two-bedroom.
Interiors have strand woven bamboo floors, recessed lighting and kitchens with black granite countertops and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, according to the official site. The bathrooms are accessorized with white quartz counters, “taupe linen tile floors” and Kohler fixtures. Select apartments have in-unit washers and dryers.
The amenities, spanning 10,000 square feet, include a 42nd-floor lounge named “The Lightbox”; a separate rooftop sun deck with fire pit, projector screen, barbecue grills and picnic area; gym, game room, chef’s kitchen, poker room, library and underground parking garage. Residents also get a 24-hour concierge, personal dry cleaning, wash and fold, tailoring, shoe shining, dog walking and housekeeping services.
Applications for the 63 affordable units closed in May, and a teaser site went live in July, Brownstoner reported.
