A rendering has been revealed for Boaz Gilad’s latest Bergen Street project in Prospect Heights.
The developer is planning two five-story buildings at 735 and 737 Bergen, between Washington and Underhill, as first reported by Brownstoner. 735 Bergen will have eight apartments while 737 Bergen will have nine, according to the plan exam applications filed in October 2013 and approved last month. Issac & Stern Architects is designing the development, which will have balconies on the top two floors, judging by the rendering.
Both buildings will rise on s 50-foot-wide site, which was subdivided into two new lots. Gilad purchased the property in 2013 for $3.135 million via Bergen Upreal LLC, according to public records.
