Developer RockFarmer retooled four 1929 co-op buildings to create loft-style one-, two- and three-bedrooms, according to the official site. VAMOS Architects designed the four-story development, which includes duplex townhouses with private terraces. Pricing for available units starts at $225,000 for a one-bedroom and goes up to $599,000 for a three-bedroom.
Residences have restored pre-war hardwood floors with mahogany inlay, pre-war moldings, exposed brick walls, washer/dryer hookup, windowed kitchens with white Caesarstone countertops and Fisher Paykel refrigerators and bathrooms with “penny road or basket weave” marble floor tiles.
Amenities include a common courtyard, shared garden, landscaped roof decks, gym, central laundry room, bike storage and private storage.
