Last month marked the hotel debut of Cassa Hotel and Residences at 515 Ninth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen.
Developed by The Chetrit Group and Assa Properties, the 12-story mixed-use project started leasing its 108 residences earlier this summer. The 86 hotel rooms are located at the base of the lustrous white building designed by Goldstein, Hill & West Architects
Apartments range from studio to three-bedroom layouts, with interiors by functional modernist design firm Raad. Select units are graced by private terraces.
