The Beechwood Organization recently hosted the grand opening for Country Pointe Estates at Ridge, a luxurious detached home community by the northern shore of Long Island’s Suffolk County.
The event, which kicked off Thursday, June 16th, drew about 100 house hunters through the weekend. Those in attendance were able to tour three fully furnished model homes, including the Arlington, Hawthorne and Fairmont designs.

A new sales centre (pictured above) at 3 Wildflower Drive in Ridge, New York, has also opened, and two more models, The Berkshire, a four-bedroom two-storey home, and The Monterey, a three-bedroom one-floor master suite, have been released.
The spacious estate homes at Country Pointe have three to five bedrooms, as per plan, and include both one- and two-storey designs — from ranches and first-floor master suites to two-storey homes — with two-car garages.
The community is bordered by a nature preserve and only minutes from North Fork’s wineries, as well as a number of hiking trails, beaches, marinas and parks.
