Remember way back in October when we toured Emerald City 1‘s lobby and amenity space when it was still under construction? Well, fast forward to today, and the high-rise tower housed within Elad Canada‘s expansive master-planned community in North York is just about complete, and so too are the amenities!
While visiting, we also had the chance to peek inside a fully furnished model suite. Once you glance at images of the well-appointed unit (below), chances are you’ll be tempted to sign up for an interior decorating class. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Located at Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road, the luxury condominium is directly across the street from Fairview Mall. The condo project is also adjacent to the Sheppard Subway line and Don Mills Station.
Once complete, the master-planned community will consist of just over 2,500 suites. Another tower worthy of mention is Biyu at Emerald City, a boutique 13-storey condominium that caters to young professionals. The other towers include Emerald City II and Dream Tower.
Prices for available suites at Emerald City 1 start in the upper $300,000s and prices at Biyu start in the mid $200,000s.
