Emmut Properties is planning a conversion to a residential building in East Harlem.
The building is located at 1987 Third Avenue, near 109th Street. According to the permit filed with the city on March 12th, the developer is looking to add five stories to the existing building.
The site was purchased by Emmut Properties in December for $7.5 million.
