Dumbo Townhouses by Alloy Development on 55 Pearl Street has updated its soothing cyan official site with equally hypnotic renderings and floorplans.
The five-unit project by architect Jared Della Valle will offer four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouses with 20-foot-tall parlor ceilings, private parking and outdoor space. The homes, located on the corner of Water Street, range from a roomy 3,049 square feet to an even roomier 3,358 square feet.
Tara Mrowka of Alloy told us that they’re still finalizing pricing, but they are scheduling appointments at the property.
