In Houston’s historic River Oaks neighborhood, national developer Gables Residential is adding 295 luxury rental suites to the community with their latest new construction project, Crimson.
Leasing began last month at the new building, which rises 14 storeys on Westcreek Lane. Crimson caters a range of one- to three-bedroom rentals spanning 1,008 to 2,130 square feet, letting tenants have their choice of three units types — residences, penthouses and townhomes. Each home is fitted with lavish features, including two color palette options and relaxing outdoor spaces.

If you prefer multi-level living, Crimson townhomes are laid out across three storeys and finished with a private rooftop terrace, complete with a fireplace and grilling area. The penthouses tout generously-sized layouts, paired with Wolf and Fisher & Paykel appliances, 14-foot ceilings and scenic views of downtown.
Without having to leave home, residents can explore a range of wellness and recreational amenities, plus an abundance of in-house services to cater to every need. The residents’ observatory offers a sophisticated setting for reading or socializing with the help of pool terrace views and a 360-degree fireplace.
