Axiom Builders Inc. is a Robert Bosa Family Company, originally founded in 1967 after Robert Bosa emigrated from Italy with his seven brothers.
Although the company had humble beginnings as a small framing firm, it eventually branched out into formwork, general contracting, and development; earning a solid reputation for its strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Over the years they have built everything from hotels to theatres, warehouses to office towers; and today the Bosa name is synonymous with quality high-rise homes, making The Guardian partnership an obvious fit.
Over the years, Axiom has successfully delivered over 30 towers, and with 14 more under construction, has grown to employ nearly 300 staff.
Their portfolio of works include Highgate Village in Burnaby, West Village in Coquitlam, Paramount Place and the recently completed Jameson House in Downtown Vancouver.
The Guardian is situated in the Warehouse District of Victoria Park, just minutes from the Stampede Park LRT station and downtown Calgary. Construction on the tower and its 321 homes is expected to wrap up in the fall or winter of 2014.
