Construction has begun on Humber Mews, Menkes Developments’ highly-anticipated collection of townhomes in Etobicoke. The intimate community will be comprised of 66 homes in central Etobicoke, just minutes from Highway 427, the QEW, the Gardiner Expressway and Sherway Gardens, which is currently in the midst of a $400 million renovation.
Located at Evans Avenue and Brown’s Line, Humber Mews is surrounded by family conveniences like parks, schools and community centres like Alderwood Library. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions like the Queensway Cineplex Odeon nearby.
Residents will also be able to take advantage of several transportation options that are nearby. Long Branch GO Station and Kipling subway station are just minutes from the development, which also features secure underground parking for car owners.
Each townhome features a spacious backyard, a contemporary brick and stucco exterior and an open-concept plan with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and three storeys, totaling 1,676 square feet. The interiors are equally as impressive with granite kitchen countertops, four stainless steel kitchen appliances and nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, as well as oak staircases and decor upgrades for a limited time only.
Pricing for the townhomes starts at $584,990, and Menkes is offering a flexible deposit program with an initial deposit of just $5,000. Those interested in this connected community had better hurry — there are only a few remaining units left at Humber Mews.
